Every Bana Bilaka product is made just for you. Because we work on a print-on-demand model, each item is produced after you order — there is no warehouse, no leftover stock, and no waste. This means delivery takes a little longer than fast fashion, but every garment and poster is crafted with care.
1. Production Time
All orders require a production time of 2–4 business days before shipping. This is when your t-shirt is printed, your sweatshirt is sewn, or your poster is printed and packed by our fulfilment partner.

Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs clearance, public holidays, or events beyond our control.
3. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your destination and order weight. You will see the exact cost before confirming your order.
4. Fulfilment Partners
We work with two world-class print-on-demand partners:
- Gelato (HQ: Norway) — fulfils all UK, EU, and international orders. Gelato operates a global network of local print facilities to reduce shipping distances and carbon footprint.
- Printify (HQ: USA) — fulfils all US orders. Printify uses certified US-based print partners to ensure fast domestic delivery.
This local-production model is part of our commitment to sustainable, ethical print-on-demand.
5. Taxes & Customs Duties
- UK & EU orders: VAT is included in the price you pay. No surprise charges on delivery.
- US orders: sales tax may be added at checkout depending on your state, in line with US tax laws.
- Rest of world: any import duties, customs fees, or local taxes are the responsibility of the customer and are handled by the carrier upon delivery. We have no control over these charges and cannot estimate them in advance.
6. Delivery Address
- We ship to the address you provide at checkout. Please double-check that your address is complete and accurate.
- We do not ship to PO Boxes — please provide a full street address.
- If a package is returned to our fulfilment partner due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping.
7. Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number and link. You can use this to follow your order until delivery.
If you have not received tracking information within 7 business days of placing your order, contact us at hello@banabilaka.com with your order ID.
8. Lost or Delayed Packages
If your tracking shows no movement for more than 10 business days, or if your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, contact us at hello@banabilaka.com with your order ID. We will investigate with the carrier and resolve the issue with you.
9. Multiple Items, Multiple Parcels
Because items may be produced at different facilities, orders containing multiple products may arrive in separate parcels on different days. You will receive a tracking number for each parcel.
