Shipping policy

All Bana Bilaka products are made to order. Each item is printed and prepared especially for you once your order is placed.

Production time. Orders are produced within 2 to 5 business days before they are dispatched. Production time is separate from delivery time.

Delivery time. Once dispatched, estimated delivery is 3 to 7 business days within the United Kingdom and Europe, and 7 to 15 business days for the rest of the world. These are estimates and can vary during busy periods.

Shipping destinations. We ship worldwide. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your destination.

Order tracking. When your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information where available.

Customs and import duties. For orders shipped outside the United Kingdom, customs fees or import duties may apply depending on your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
