First cut within 5 to 7 working days after the quote is signed, the deposit received and your brief is complete. Each round of revisions is then turned around in 2 to 3 working days.

The final file is yours once the balance is paid, with a commercial usage licence for your campaigns. The studio keeps the right to show an excerpt in its own portfolio, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

No, the price excludes VAT. Businesses outside the UK are invoiced with no UK VAT (reverse charge applies); UK clients pay VAT at 20% on top.
Every shot goes through a check before delivery (identity, location, light, continuity). A shot that fails this check is regenerated before it reaches you, at no extra cost to you.
