Turnaround
Numbered, not an open-ended promiseFirst cut within 5 to 7 working days after the quote is signed, the deposit received and your brief is complete (product or character, message, visual references).
Each round of revisions is turned around in 2 to 3 working days.

Frequently asked questions
Before you signThe final file is yours once the balance is paid, with a commercial usage licence for your campaigns. The studio keeps the right to show an excerpt in its own portfolio, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Every shot goes through a check before delivery (identity, location, light, continuity). A shot that fails this check is regenerated before it reaches you, at no extra cost to you.
Yes. You can bring a full script, a simple message to convey, or let us propose a direction from your brief.
Two rounds of revisions are included in the price. The third round is billed separately.
50% on signing the quote, 50% on delivery.
No, the price excludes VAT. Businesses outside the UK are invoiced with no UK VAT (reverse charge applies); UK clients pay VAT at 20% on top.
Yes, for the first five commissions outside the community offer. The full rate applies afterwards.
