- Music videos and films: these are separate services (Music video, Film).
- A format's third round of revisions, billed separately.
- Commercial music, ever; a third-party brand or logo without your written authorisation.
- Live-action shooting or human actors: the studio does not shoot on a film set.

Before you signYes, for the first five months outside the community offer. The full rate applies afterwards.
The month's calendar is set within the first five working days, then the four formats go out at the rate of one a week.
Two rounds per format. A third round on the same format is billed separately.
Each format is yours once its balance is paid, with a commercial usage licence for your channels. The studio keeps the right to show a format in its portfolio, unless you refuse in writing.
Each month is paid 50% at the start of the month, balance on delivery of the four formats.
No, the price excludes VAT. Businesses outside the UK are invoiced with no UK VAT (reverse charge applies); UK clients pay VAT at 20% on top.
Yes. The calendar is decided with you at the start of the month: products, news, offers, cutdowns of your existing content.
Each month can be cancelled with 15 days' notice before it ends. A month already under way remains due.
